We know being a manager is challenging, especially the first few years after first being promoted to a supervisory position. Just when you discover what works with one person, another employee or peer presents a different challenge.  Our instructors are skilled management trainers who know what it means to be on the supervisory “firing line.” Small group formats provide ample opportunity for you to work with other participants on case studies, role-plays, & discussion of how to apply what you learn when you return to your job.

Who should attend:
Our workshops are designed for mangers with supervisory responsibilities. The concepts & skills taught are also relevant to all who work with people in a team environment. Whether you own your own business, or work in an office, agency, health care facility, or manufacturing plant, you will find the seminars applicable in your environment.

Note:
Supervisory Management 1, Supervisory Management 2, & Supervisory Management 3 provide an overview of how to manage people. We strongly recommend that new supervisors & managers take the three seminars in sequence, as discussion topics in Supervisory Management 2 & Supervisory Management 3 build upon concepts covered in previous sessions.
