Writing a business plan can be difficult. Staying motivated and following through is even harder. Our structured approach to developing the plan will provide the framework you need to finish your plan. Plus, you will receive practical advice from business professionals, other entrepreneurs and experienced business counselors. The course focuses on teaching the art of better business practices while producing a comprehensive business plan to guide your business decisions and activities.
