The Three Sessions Include:
-Essentials of Leadership and Coaching
This module provides insight into aspects of effective leadership, the roles and responsibilities of a successful leader, the strategies needed for dealing with a change in roles and different supervisory styles. Performance coaching is a necessary element in fostering this advantage. This module will enable you to become a more effective mentor and coach.
-Communication and Delegation Skills
Whether you are communicating with your employees, customers, or suppliers your ability to express yourself well and understand is a major factor of your success. You will get feedback on your behavioral and communication style using the DiSC Personal Profile System and use this self-awareness to strengthen your business relationships.
-Managing Conflict
Conflict management is characterized by a number of strategies including problem-solving, compromising, and forcing one’s position.
