Lynne’s areas of expertise include budgeting, financial and strategic planning, marketing and extensive knowledge of SBA Loan programs including 7(a) and Community Advantage. She also has vast knowledge in the areas of conflict resolution and project management. Her 25 years of business ownership experience allows her to fully understand an entrepreneur’s challenges. She believes in setting realistic goals and developing mini action plans with checklists to achieve these goals.
Lynne finds small business owners’ passion and excitement are contagious. Working closely with these business owners to successfully navigate through financial, marketing and operational opportunities and challenges gives her a great sense of accomplishment. Client work involving new business starts are most meaningful to Lynne. She enjoys being an instrumental resource in the planning and financial analysis to secure financing and strong openings.
Mid-day HIIT workouts allow Lynne to take a break and refocus, and she also enjoys shopping local to support small business.
