Kate’s areas of expertise include business planning, marketing, coaching, economic development, and communications.
She enjoys working closely with both new and established business owners to accurately assess the situation and strategically plan for future goals. Having founded, scaled, and sold her own marketing and public relations company, Kate is keenly aware of the many pressures and choices that business owners face and is able to deftly assist businesses on their pathway to success.
Kate loves to travel and has worked with clients worldwide including assignments in Europe, Africa, and Central America. Kate’s company was honored at the White House for her entrepreneurial leadership and Kate has written several books on entrepreneurship and marketing.
In her free time, Kate serves on the Board of the Driftless Art Festival, rides her ebike, performs with The Players on WDRT radio, and works with local nonprofits to strengthen local communities. Kate has three above average children and is married.
