Connection with other people and learning about their inspirations, background and current situation and challenges is very rewarding for Maren. She enjoys validating people and encouraging them to draw upon their unique traits to fulfill their goals and purpose. Maren has a good relationship with many different types of people. It is important to make her work environment fun and uplifting. Problem solving through positive and creative solutions is one of her professional strengths.
Since 2020, she has been the facilitator for the Entrepreneurial Training Program in River Falls. A former graduate of the program, she has also been the owner of a janitorial company alongside her husband since 2013. She is active in several networking groups and local chambers of commerce.
