Operations and Events Coordinator
A true Renaissance woman, Stephanie is a servant-based leader with experience in both corporate and non-profit businesses leading complex projects and programs while developing and implementing solutions with a team-focused mindset. She has worked in professional education as a coordinator/administrator for over 7 years and has a diverse background boasting over 20 years-experience in the following areas of expertise: program management, coordinating logistics and events, meeting facilitation, establishing and strengthening partnerships, supervision and training, office management, and community outreach. Stephanie has a BA in Communication Arts with UW-Madison.
Her career has included working for Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin, AT&T, Wisconsin Public Radio & Television, American Family Insurance, Warner Brothers Animation, and Habitat for Humanity. She is proud to have presented “Women’s Leadership Programs” with two other superwomen from Grand Valley State University and Bay Path University for the Conference on Management & Executive Development (CMED) in November 2020. Driven by the desire to connect with people in her community, Stephanie is also honored to serve as a volunteer and group facilitator with Breast Cancer Recovery, Inc.
Stephanie enjoys collaborating with teams to seek solutions and solve issues in high-stakes situations. Stephanie’s superpower is quickly assessing a situation and using her sense of humor and communication skills to make connections and find solutions. In addition, Stephanie is passionate about increasing and encouraging awareness regarding diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Stephanie looks forward to building new relationships with clients, members of our community, and UW students who are also excited and passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and business owners.
When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, seeing live music, traveling, camping, cycling, reading, and playing board games with family and friends.
