The Wisconsin District of the Small Business Administration sent a helpful newsletter breaking down the Five Things to Know about Paycheck Protection Loan Forgiveness.
One of those “things” is that two-thirds of Wisconsin PPP borrowers are eligible for a simplified loan forgiveness application that can take as little as 15 minutes.
That’s why it’s good to know that the SBDC at UW-La Crosse is offering three more free webinar called Paycheck Protection Program (PPP): Loan Forgiveness for Loans $50,000 and Less on Dec. 21, Jan. 5 and Jan. 21.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with Anne Hlavacka and Mike Walker to review the form and to understand how to calculate the loan forgiveness amount as well as backup documentation and other potential considerations for loan forgiveness.
NEW: The Wisconsin SBA has added two webinars in January on forgiveness: Jan. 6 and Jan. 20.
