The Wisconsin SBDC has developed a simple restaurant self-assessment form. You can rank yourself on a 1-5 scale in finances, marketing, staffing/recruitment, product, leadership and technology. This will help identify potential areas for improvement ahead of a no-cost, confidential meeting.
