How would you rate your restaurant? We’re not talking about five stars on Yelp. We mean, “How would you rank your strengths and weaknesses in key operational areas?”
The Wisconsin SBDC has developed a simple restaurant self-assessment form. You can rank yourself on a 1-5 scale in finances, marketing, staffing/recruitment, product, leadership and technology. This will help identify potential areas for improvement ahead of a no-cost, confidential meeting.
