Joshua’s areas of expertise include business structure, strategy and legal support. The most important aspect of his job is improving the lives of others in a meaningful and direct way.
For Joshua, getting buy in from investors, customers and partners is like crafting a good legal argument; resourcefulness is required, consistency is critical and evidence is power. He likes helping people to realize that they can achieve anything given enough time, context and discipline. He also enjoys giving people the legal support needed to encourage prudent and responsible growth.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys physical activities like building a home or cleaning up a community space. He also likes more academic endeavors such as providing pro bono legal advice, serving on boards for businesses, public speaking and sharing his experiences with other people.
